Sirolimus-Coated Peripheral Angioplasty Balloon
MagicTouch™ PTA is a sirolimus-coated PTA balloon catheter developed for the endovascular treatment of peripheral artery diseases.
The product is designed for the treatment of de novo lesions, stenotic lesions and intra-stent restenoses observed in superficial femoral artery (SFA), popliteal artery, sub-knee arteries (BTC) and iliac arteries by percutaneous transluminal angioplasty method.
The sirolimus-based drug delivery technology aims to help reduce the risk of restenosis and preserve vessel patency.

Nanolute™ Drug Delivery Technology
MagicTouch™ PTA features Nanolute™ technology, developed to ensure effective and controlled delivery of sirolimus to the targeted vascular tissue.
Sirolimus is formulated into submicron particles within biocompatible phospholipid carriers. The special coating applied circumferentially to the balloon surface helps distribute the drug homogeneously throughout the targeted lesion.
The coating process carried out under low pressure ensures that the entire balloon surface is coated. When the balloon is inflated, the aim is to transfer sirolimus evenly to the vessel wall.
