You may submit applications and requests concerning your personal data, including but not limited to those described in the Privacy Notice, and any requests relating to the implementation of the Law by using the Personal Data Protection Law Data Subject Application Form. Follow the procedures set out in the form and submit your application to our company in writing, with a secure electronic signature, or through other lawful methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, at kvkk@daimmed.com.tr. Our company will respond to the requests in your application as soon as possible, depending on their nature, and in any event within thirty days, free of charge. If processing your request incurs an additional cost, our company may charge the fee specified in the tariff set by the Board.
